Scientific studies have shown that in few years the modern society may face such perturbations that they will overshadow many of the actual world's problems. The case in question is a new model of international socio-economic order...
AMONG MODERN social problems, provoking heated discussions in the society, a special feature is the problem of same-sex marriages legalization. What truly are same-sex marriages and same-sex love? Is it an unknown law of nature or a social iniquity in the way of gaining strength? To get a reasonable answer to this question we have to implement the transdisciplinary approach and, thus, a short study of conditions that underlie social laws will be necessary.
We would remind that the transdisciplinarity is the most effective way of scientific worldview expanding. Considered from the transdisciplinary point of view, the world (Universe) represents a unified and orderly organized medium. This is to say that laws determining the unity of the Universe should be conditioning its existence and any phenomena and processes of vitality at all levels of reality. Therefore, if our research reveals the compliance of same-sex love with the unique law of self-organization of matter, manifested at all levels of reality, we will be obliged to acknowledge this «love» legitimate and will be forced to accept this situation. And on the contrary, if such conformity is not found, we must, as they say, «sound the alarm» and use all legal means to prevent rooting of such lawlessness.
Are protons male or female?
A human, like other natural objects, is built of atoms of chemical elements. Atoms consist of protons and neutrons. In turn, protons and neutrons are composed of fundamental particles, which, as a rule, do not exist outside of the atom.
Now imagine the situation which arose at the outset of the Universe's birth: all the firstling protons were as like as two peas. How can the process of self-organization of matter start in this situation? How can the matter transform into nuclei of heavy atoms, if the proton cannot identify itself in the midst of completely homothetic protons, if the proton cannot recognize in itself the ability to confer special properties on atoms? How will it enter, in this case, into a stable link with another proton, if it is not clear which of protons will determine the atom's type, and which of them — atom's distinctive properties?
The Universe would have remained consisting of individual protons unable to unite, unable to fuse, if new important formations — galaxies and stars — hadn't appeared in the Universe. The importance of these formations is that they gave protons the ability to self-identify. Put simply, they received the possibility to recognize in themselves the predisposition to condition of either kind or properties of atoms. It is equivalent to the acquisition of quantitative (male) or qualitative (female) basics. Let us notice, that it was the galactic environment that contributed to the compaction of the proton nebulae and the formation of stars. Afterwards, regions of thermonuclear reactions appeared in the depths of stars, which contributed to the unification of protons in the nuclei of heavy elements. In our case, the most illustrative example of proton is the thermonuclear reaction; tend to the apparition of the deuterium nucleus.
In this reaction two completely identical protons are recognized as the proton, which determines the type of atom of a chemical element, and as the neutron, which defines the properties of this nucleus.
The example demonstrating the need to identify the «first building blocks of matter» is the universal law of natural self-organization. This law becomes apparent in the self-organization processes ongoing among similar objects of animate or inanimate nature. Therefore, we have every reason to assert that the basis of a stable self-organization of the society is the compulsory process of a person, the process of recognizing him as a Man or a Woman, the process of the implementation of his status, which is formed also when determining sexual differences. In our example the human embodies the proton and the role of the stars is played by the family, directly in the midst of which the identification of the human takes place. The galaxy, which creates conditions for the formation and subsequent sustainable existence of the families (stars), personifies the society (tribe, country, humanity). These roles, these traditional scenarios are of paramount importance.
«Dad, am I a son or a daughter? »
A neonate is similar to a proton. He is not yet conscious if he is a male or a female. But, as for the proton, the result of his self-identification is already predetermined by the constitutional peculiarities of his body. For instance, it is reliably established that the proton is bound state of three quarks (fundamental particles): one «lower» (d) and two « upper» (u) quarks (quark structure: uud). The neutron is also a bound state of three quarks: but now — one «top» (u) and two «lower» (d) quarks (quark structure: udd). For a human, the process of identification is also fixed by the peculiarities of his body, what is manifested in sex differences. Consequently, on the one hand, the true family must consist of two people, a male and a female, who, through their intimate connection, will help the human soul or the set of mixed sections of chromosomes (who prefers what) to identify his sex assignment (to be a man or a woman). On the other hand, the true family should help the child to become aware of his sex and thence to assign due stereotypical behavior and pattern of activity. In turn, society (family, state), through the formation of social institutions, should create conditions for the formation of true families and this is to empower the members of the family true worldview and true values; so that the individuality, who identified and recognized himself as a man or a woman, could realize the appropriate stereotype of behaviour and pattern of activity.
What does a "true" family mean? "True" means such as must be, a family complying with the universal laws of nature. In reality, families can be "complete" (consisting of husband, wife and children), "incomplete" (consisting of one parent and children) and, as it turned out in the early XXI century, "same-sex" (consisting of parent № 1 and parent № 2).
In respect to compliance with universal laws, which determine the unity of the Universe, the effectiveness and genuineness of the society's (clan, state) organization should be judged by its ability to create conditions for the establishment and prosperity of true families that cultivate the true moral values. The case in question is not abstract values of an abstract person, but the values having first magnitude for the existence of a particular man and a particular woman. Such values can be developed, tested and passed on to subsequent generations of men and women only by men and women belonging to a true family.
This obvious statement allows the following conclusions. The fact that today same-sex marriages are approved by the legislation of more than a dozen countries indicates that the society (state) has ceased to create and to maintain the necessary conditions for the formation and preservation of true or traditional families. And this fact should be considered as a violation of universal laws of nature. In turn, the violation of the requirements of universal laws in the family and towards the family (which is the mechanism serving for the identification of a person and his sex assignment), will inevitably lead to the disintegration and termination of the existence of this social organization (society, clan, country) that has permitted such violations. Consequently, it is necessary not only to «sound the alarm», but it's high time to use all legal means in order to prevent the rooting of the lawlessness in the form of same-sex marriages.
Homo sapiens or Homo non sapiens?
To avoid growing of the problem of same-sex marriages into another phobia, it is necessary to understand the reasons that have provoked this situation in the society. These reasons were identified during the last large-scale transdisciplinary research (http://www.anoitt. ru/tdbiblioteka/tdtd.php).
It turned out that these reasons are caused, on the one hand, by the course of human evolution, and, on the other hand, by the pathological deformation of human worldview evoked by the ideology of the «consumer society».
Nevertheless, why people do not understand and do not accept the requirements of the true values? Isn't it because the modern society is an aggregate of people belonging to different subspecies? Let us seek answers in the results of the research.
Thus, the appearance of the mankind is directly associated with the event that occurred about 230 thousand years ago. It was at that time that «Mitochondrial Eve» appeared. The term «Mitochondrial Eve» is a scientific abstraction. This term refers to a woman from whom the descendants of the majority of existing people received the mitochondrial DNA. The descendants of the other women that had belonged to direct female line of the same ancestor form did not live till our days. Since the advent of «Mitochondrial Eve», nature took about 220 thousand years to form the main morphological features of a new general species of human — called Homo sapiens (Man reasonable) — and to impart to his body external and internal specific features. But the acquisition of a contemporary body did not mean to acquire a contemporary level of culture. The evidence of it is the quality of the rock paintings and ancient tools that had not undergone significant changes over many thousands of years.
It is logical to assume that the situation could have been changed only if a new general species of human had appeared with the predestination to form the features of higher nervous activity. As consecutively morphological features (features of external and internal structure of the body of Homo sapiens) were formed and fit to each other, so consecutively should be formed and fit to each other features of higher nervous activity of the general species of Homo sapientissimus (Man truly reasonable).
As a result of transdisciplinary studies, it was ascertained that the formation of higher nervous activity features of the general species of Homo sapientissimus consists of four proper timing cycles. The beginning of each cycle was intrinsically the beginning of the next stage of the development of human's consciousness and mind. And a respective subspecies of the general species of Homo sapientissimus should have become the carrier of a certain consciousness and mind.
The beginning of the first time-cycle (about 10 thousands years BC) coincided with the transition of people from nomadism to settled way of life. The man of that time felt an arising need to learn how to create consciously the required conditions of existence in a limited area. On this purpose man had to learn to understand the surrounding world. The gained ability to understand the territory of own residence led to revolutionary events, which received the official name of «Neolithic revolution». The result was that human communities passed from primitive relations of hunters and gatherers to the agriculture based on husbandry and/or livestock farming. The transition to the productive agriculture gave a new direction to the human brain development and helped the formation of features of higher nervous activity. Human had to acquire the ability to abstract. He had to learn to observe, make forecasts, analyze the situation and plan the future. And, perhaps, what is the most important, he had to perceive his dependence on other members of his family, tribe and to learn to feel and to observe the requirements of his status within the family relationship. Therefore, the Neolithic revolution highlighted Homo sedentarius (Man settled) in the biological evolution as the first subspecies of general species of Homo sapientissimus (Man truly reasonable).
The rise in labour productivity led to increasing of the population in towns and cities, to the creation of armed territory guard units, to the differentiation of labour; to the buoyancy of barter; to the emergence of right of ownership, centralized administration, police, religion, ideology and new systems of knowledge — which could be transferred to further generations not only verbally, but also in writing. In this case, it is question of obvious signs of civilization, which led, in the late 4th — early 1st Millennium B. C., to the emergence of the first generation of local civilizations. A civilization, as a stage in social development, is characterized by the separation of the social medium from the nature and by the appearance of contradictions between natural and artificial factors in the development of society. This time-cycle is notable for the dominance of social factors of human life over other artificial factors, characterized by the progress of rationalization of thinking. The rationalization of thinking is a mechanism of psychological protection that uses only that part of the perceived information and makes only those conclusions, which represent personal behavior as a well-controlled and not contrary to the objective circumstances. An example of the rationalization of thinking is the case of forcible seizure of goods from a passing caravan, when it is based on a personal belief that «too much people and very little food». It is possible that the need to rationalize thinking, which is the basis of egocentricity, can explain the fact that along with developing culture, the second time-cycle is marked by untiring and incessant wars and devastating attacks of the armies of the city-states on the neighboring city-states. Wars and raids were accompanied, as a rule, by enormous human losses. To a large extend, they contributed to the fact that over 3500 years Homo sedentarius (Man settled), whose psychology was not gone so far from the psychology of free hunters and gatherers living in closed communities, was forced out everywhere by new subspecies of Homo sapientissimus (Man truly reasonable), adapted to the existence in accordance with the rules of civilization. This subspecies became Homo socialis (Man social).
The third time-cycle marked the beginning of a New Era. The first centuries of the new era were the time of massive migration of peoples across Eurasia. Some historians designate this phenomenon by the term «ethnic revolution». As a result of large-scale migration a considerable number of the «former» powerful ethnic groups were wiped off from the historical arena and «young» people were brought to life, who, by their migrations, laid foundations of ethnic and political geography of Europe and of large part of Asia and North Africa. Migrations served as background and main condition for the ethnogenesis (birth) of most European nations.
From today's perspective it can be affirmed that the ideas of humanism (the values of human life), primarily shaped to the framework of religion, played the role of a kind of «safety airbag». This «airbag» saved progressive and constructive character of the mankind development during the great clashes between civilization and barbarism, the confrontations of Homo sapiens and Homo sapientissimus subspecies, in which the latter had to prove, firstly, their spiritual superiority.
The fusion of the process of ethnic migrations in Europe with the ideas of humanism, proclaiming the value of a human as personality, his right to freedom, happiness, development and demonstration of abilities, inevitably led to various interpretations and deformations both of the humanism and of the basic principles of religious worldview. But, by the middle of the XIV century, having proved their predetermination and successfully passed through the «dark ages» and the middle ages, ideas of humanism emerged in Homo humanus (Man humanistic) in humanism of the Renaissance. Instead of ontological issues (where mankind comes from?), the Renaissance humanism highlighted ethical questions: what should be the moral world of the personality — kindness, truth, beauty, ideal, meaning of life, happiness, duty, responsibility, freedom, conscience, justice, friendship, love? Humanists were representatives of completely different strata of society and professions, confirming their belonging to the subspecies of Homo humanus. Humanists were the first intellectuals in the European history.
The development of ideas of humanism was inevitably directed to the problem of relations between the individual and the society. The solution to this problem was linked to a new direction of classical humanism called «civic humanism». In the XV century, this problem was solved unambiguously: social harmony requires submission of the personal interest to the common wealth. In the views of civil humanism the best state structure is republic founded on the principles of liberty, equality and justice. Starting from the XVII century, the ideas of civic humanism began to dominate in human society, testifying the increase in the number of Homo humanus subspecies and its wide spreading amid other subspecies of Man.
Bourgeois revolutions of the XVIII century contributed to the development of a new morality, new style of life, formation of legal state, in other words — to the formation of man of new times. Since 1792 (beginning of the fourth time-cycle), Homo liberalis (Man liberal), a subspecies of the Homo sapientissimus, became the man of the new times. Liberalism is a philosophical, political and economic ideology, based on the fact that the rights and freedoms of the individual are the legal basis for social and economic order. This ideology is distinguished for tolerance and indulgence towards any legal ways to dispose of person himself and of personal property. Practicing the predetermination of the fourth time-cycle, Homo liberalis perceived himself as a free cell of a multicellular colony (the nation), each cell of which having the same rights and freedoms. These «source parameters» gave birth to the «social space» embodied in the constitutional state. In the framework of such law-governed state Homo liberalis (Man liberal) tried to cover Homo humanus (Human humanistic), Homo socialis (Man social) and Homo sedentarius (Man settled).
The results of transdisciplinary research allow the conclusion that within every time-cycle neural networks were forming, expanding and specializing in the encephalon of Homo sapientissimus, permitting this particular subspecies to significantly diversify the directions of higher nervous activity and to make its results more meaningful and more complex. This means that the brain of Homo sapientissimus, Homo sedantarius, Homo socialis, Homo humanus and Homo liberalis, who form contemporary society (clans, states), must create its own algorithm for the generation of neural networks. This algorithm presupposes a strict system of perception, cognition, understanding and description of the World, a particular system of values and requirements, which form the basis of the worldview that each subspecies of Homo sapientissimus will follow.
As appears from the above, the system of values, needs and norms of morality formed within the worldview of one subspecies of Homo sapientissimus, will be perceived in a different way or will not at all be perceived by the consciousness and mind of other subspecies. Moreover, the difficulty of perception will continue to grow in the direction from Homo liberalis to Homo sedantarius. And if not the level of tolerance, growing in the opposite direction and having attained the maximum value at representatives of Homo liberalis, the society (clan, state) would surely have destroyed itself. Moreover, today we live in the time-cycle, where the development of Homo liberalis dominates and are forced to live in legal states based on liberal values. These circumstances are the objective conditions of deterrence of contradictions between the subspecies of Homo sapientissimus. But, on the other hand, they did not prevent the representatives of Homo liberalis from feeling the limits of the «man's freedom», the sizes of private property, the right to self-disposing etc. As likely as not sexual revolutions and legitimation of same-sex love are attempts to peep beyond limits permitted by nature, what is fraught with the inevitable collapse and disintegration of the personality, family and country. These reasonable assumptions justify negative actions, from the point of view of other subspecies of Homo sapientissimus, of liberal society and liberal constitutional state. However, the transdisciplinary study reliably established that the duration of each time-cycle, where the development of Homo sapientissimus subspecies dominates, is reduced by half. And it means the following. The delimitation of «permitted limits» and formation of the worldview based on a true system of values took Homo sedentarius approximately 7 thousand years. In turn, 896 years are given to Homo liberalis (Human liberal) to achieve the same goals, and 220 years have already passed. The situation of Homo liberalis is also aggravated by the fact that within the same time-cycle, in which his development dominates, it is necessary to complete the overall development of the whole Homo sapientissimus subspecies. Put simply, for the remaining half a millennium that nature allotted to Homo sapientissimus for the existence, he must not only complete the formation of the features of his species' higher nervous activity, but also prove it by forming the appropriate social organization (state, family and individual).
It follows from this conclusion that the solution of the problems existing in liberal society, including the problem of same-sex marriages legalization, will require fundamental changes: the revision of the ideas of liberalism and democracy, the revision of the bases of multiculturalism and of the ways of development of the relations between nation and individuality, the rethinking of the essence of economic relations etc.. In other words, it is a question of the necessity to develop and to introduce a new model of global socio-economic order. Calculations have shown that already by the year 2016, the press of growing problems of liberal society will lead to large-scale changes, tantamount to the development and consistent implementation of a new model of global socio-economic order.
However, the year 2016 is not just a simple «decision-taking point». This year should be a point of conscious decision on the organization of the sustainable development of human society in general. It means that the agenda of the meetings of G8 and G20 countries, UN members, besides budgets, inflation and financial crises, will include the burning issue of tactical and strategic development of countries in particular and of the human society in general.
In this regard, it is inacceptable that the revision of the ideas of liberalism and democracy is done in chaotic way under the pressure of domestic and external circumstances. The new model of international socioeconomic order must be preceded by a theoretical substantiation (concept) based on general laws of nature having universal manifestation. In this connection, it becomes obvious that the new model of global socioeconomic system should not be and can not be unipolar or multipolar. The new model of international socio-economic order, the necessity of which will be thoroughly justified by the beginning of 2016, must be transmissible. In the framework of such a model the comprehensive adjustment of the ideas of legal state, democracy and human rights, of the basics of economic relations and forms of government should be brought to such an extent of objective evidence that to ensure a gradual and consistent understanding and acceptance by the population of the countries having various ratio of Homo sapientissimus (Man truly reasonable) subspecies.
What subsequent models of the international socio-economic order should represent; how should the economic relations be organized; what standardized forms of States must look like; how national and international problems, including the problem of same-sex marriage legalization, should be solved- here are complex multifactor problems, «challenges of time»; they require integrated approaches and integrated solutions.
Taking into account the results of this study, it becomes obvious that the answers and solutions to these questions can be found in the course of the purposeful work of teams of experts actively supported by the society. Indeed, every society has its own moral foundations, religion, specific cultural and national traditions that have been forming over thousands of years and that distinguish it from other groups (clans, states). All this cannot be abolished at once. Something that is normal for someone, is not absolutely acceptable for the other, or else is immoral and contradicts the faith of the third. Therefore, the process of formation of a new model of global socioeconomic order promises to be thorny and complex, where everyone (family, state) will find its own path predetermined by Almighty. It will be appropriate in this situation to remember the words of the great representative of German classical philosophy L. Feuerbach: «Only husband and wife together form the reality of the human, husband and wife together are the being of the kin, because their union is the source of multitude, the source of other people».
